Third-Party Assessment Options

When building a local designation system, districts may choose any assessment that meets the requirement of the Texas Admin Code § 150.1012 for their student growth measures. TEA formally connects to assessment vendors biannually to review whether they meet these requirements. If the vendor meets the requirements, they are placed on the third-party assessment options table for districts to consider integrating to the local designation system. The information provided is given to us by the vendor and is not created by TEA. It is recommended that districts work with vendors to ensure the assessment will meet statutory, regulatory, and local district requirements.

This list does not signify a Texas Education Agency endorsement nor does the use of one of these assessments guarantee acceptance of a district’s System Application.
