Stakeholder engagement is a continuous cycle of steps and decisions to reach the level of buy-in districts need to build strong systems. The Stakeholder Engagement Plan is a calendar designed to complete and plan a sequence of foundational steps at the district level in the development of the Local Designation System so districts are prepared throughout the year.
