Celebrating Highly Effective Teachers
Districts, ESCs, and Technical Assistance Providers (affiliate organizations) participating in TIA are encouraged to create promotional materials to help recruit, retain, reward, and celebrate highly effective teachers. Provided below are ready to print downloadable files districts may use to celebrate their TIA designated teachers.

Yard Signs
Go the extra mile and tell the entire neighborhood who the district’s highly effective teachers are. The TIA yard signs are a fantastic way to showcase and celebrate designated teachers. Bonus points if these are secretly put out the morning of the announcement in the teacher’s yards. Be sure to add the campus or district logo to each sign.

Stickers
The TIA stickers are great to place on badges, door signs, or other areas to celebrate a designated teacher. TEA only provides the file template for stickers. Districts will need to find a printer to create the physical stickers.

Easily printable at a campus, these door signs created in Word can be edited to input designated teacher names. Place these on your designated teacher doorways to feature effective teachers in the hallways.
