Logo Request

For districts that wish to use the TIA logo on materials not provided for redistribution, logo use permission may be granted on a case-by-case basis. Approvals are for one-time use only. Subsequent uses of logos on additional and or new materials will require a new logo request.

Before submitting your request, please carefully review the TIA Affiliate Brand Guide governing your use of the TIA logo. By submitting the application for usage, you agree to the Terms of Use, including all graphic usage requirements as provided by TEA and certify that you are an authorized representative of an affiliate organization.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the right to reproduce the copyrighted work is granted to Texas public school districts, Texas charter schools, and Texas education service centers for non-commercial, non-profit educational use within the state of Texas, and to residents of the state of Texas for their own personal, non-commercial, non-profit educational use, and provided further that no dollar amount is charged for such reproduced materials other than to cover the out-of-pocket cost of reproduction and distribution. How to Submit a Logo Request

To request use of official logos, email the TIA inbox at tia@tea.texas.gov with the information below. If a request is submitted with missing information, TEA will not process the request and will ask for the missing information before providing the files.

Contact information. Please include the following:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Title
  • Organization Name

Full description of the planned logo use. Please include a detailed description of how you plan to use the logo and where it will be placed or seen. The more information, the easier it is to process your request.

Logo Type. Let us know which logo you are requesting.

  • TIA Logo: Full Color
  • TIA Logo: Black
  • TIA Logo: White
  • Badge: Recognized (full color only)
  • Badge: Exemplary (full color only)
  • Badge: Master (full color only)

File format. If using a commercial printer, check with them to ensure the correct file type is submitted.
