EOY Emails to Designated Teachers
After allotment verifications have been finalized in the spring, districts know who their designated teachers are and the allotment funds they will generate. It is best practice for districts to notify their designated teachers of their eligibility and funds.
The following templates are meant to help streamline communications to designated teachers and decrease the time spent by the district writing emails. Included in each template are facts that TEA believes to be best practices to communicate. It is a district decision as to what the final email should entail.
