System Application
New districts interested in applying for a TIA local designation system must submit a Letter of Interest (LOI) to gain access to the TIA Online Portal. To request the online LOI form, please email tia@tea.texas.gov.
The district’s portal main contact listed with TEA will have login access to the TIA Online Portal. If a district is unsure who their listed portal main contact is or needs to update it, they may contact TTU at tia@ttu.edu.
Superintendents must initial and sign the 2025–26 Application Attestations and submit them with the System Application.
The application must be completed in the web-based portal and submitted by the April 15, 2026, deadline.
