Every district is unique and so are their local designation systems, including their spending plan policies. The final amount awarded to designated teachers may vary from the amount provided in their designation email from TEA due to these policies. All designated teachers should thoroughly read “How Allotment Funding Works” from their designation email. Then they should read their district’s spending plan policies, or contact their district administration for further information if it is needed.
