  • The school system attests that all teachers eligible for designation or allotment were reported in the Class Roster Winter Submission or added through the dispute process, including teachers who are not teachers of record.
  • The school system attests that all eligible designated teachers were reported at the correct campus(es).
  • The school system attests that all designated teachers who generated an allotment were (or will be) employed and compensated for a creditable year of service in a teaching role during the 2025-26 school year.
  • The school system attests that any disputes submitted prior to this confirmation were resolved.
  • The school system attests that all fee reimbursement amounts (if applicable) are accurate.
  • The school system attests that relevant business office personnel understand that allotment funding is sourced through the Foundation School Program (FSP), timelines for FSP payments, and school system spending requirements for the funds.
  • The school system attests that all teacher-generated allotment funds will be disbursed by 8/31/2026.
  • The school system attests that that at least 90% of the Teacher Incentive Allotment funds received will be spent on teacher compensation (student-facing instructional positions) on the campus where the designated teacher works.
  • The school system attests that no more than 10% of the Teacher Incentive Allotment funds received will be spent on costs associated with implementing Texas Education Code §21.3521 or costs related to supporting teachers in obtaining designations.
  • The school system attests that it will comply with Texas Education Code §§48.112 and 21.3521.
  • The school system attests to understanding that the agency can utilize general authority found in Texas Education Code §§48.004, 48.270, and 48.272 to audit school systems in their compliance with the Texas Education Code and Texas Administrative Code.
  • The school system attests to understanding that all documentation submitted to the Texas Education Agency concerning the Teacher Incentive Allotment constitutes public information subject to Texas Government Code, Chapter 552.
